What's New in 2019-R5
Viewpoint Team™ 2019-R5 highlights include Distribution Groups to notify multiple users simultaneously. Single-sign-on for fast navigation from operations tools and data to Spectrum’s accounting information and workflow is also included, along with a new copy project settings feature. Fixes are also included.
Distribution Groups
Notify multiple users simultaneously. Custom distribution lists, to which any number of system users added, are inserted into any field in which an individual Contact can be added. This saves on having to add users one-by-one for visibility and notification purposes. Additionally, external teams are often comprised of several users, so rather than having to assign an item to an individual, you can instead notify the group at large and let them decide who is best placed to respond. Distribution groups ensure broad and efficient communication, as well as visibility across project teams.

Spectrum Single-Sign-On
Faster navigation from operations tools and data to accounting information and workflow with single-sign-on for Viewpoint Team and Spectrum. Users click less and navigate faster as the ViewpointOne platform faciliates the bypassing of Spectrum’s login screen when navigating from Viewpoint Team.
Web enhancements
- Copy settings - Copy settings from an existing Viewpoint Team project and apply to new projects imported from Vista. For details, see Import a Project from your ERP.
- Project numbers - Sort projects by number on the homepage
