Review the Error Log

The Error Log lists all errors, including the user, date, and error message. Click View Error Info for full details of your issue. Include this information if you need to submit a case to the Viewpoint Customer Portal.

You can also access the Error Log by selecting the Error Log button on the main Portal Settings page.
  1. Select Admin > Error Log.
  2. Use the filters at the top of the page to filter by specific Error ID, User Name, a date range, or an Error Message.
  3. To view details for an error, select the View Error Info button for that message.
    Note: Please include the full error log detail if you need to submit a case to the Viewpoint Customer Portal for assistance resolving an error.
