Work Order Dashboard

The Field Service Work Order Dashboard allows technicians to access, update, and close out work orders that are assigned to them on the Dispatch Board in Vista Service Management.

Details shown on the Work Order Dashboard include work order description, customer name, service address, and site contact information, along with the work order status, date, and number. You can filter the dashboard by service trip date range and also select whether to include unscheduled work orders in the dashboard view.

Access the Work Order Dashboard by selecting Field Service > Work Order Dashboard. Users with access to the Work Order Dashboard can perform the following tasks:
