About the 1099 Vendors Less Than Minimum Report

You can review all vendors with 1099 totals less than the specified "Minimum Payment Amount” using the 1099 Vendors Less Than Minimum report.

Use the 1099 Vendors Less Than Minimum report, available from the AP Reports menu, to review all vendors with 1099 totals less than the specified "Minimum Payment Amount.” This report is particularly useful for reviewing vendors who normally receive a 1099, but whose YTD totals for the specified year are less than the minimum amount and will not receive a 1099. If after reviewing this report, you determine that a 1099 should be printed for a vendor shown on this report, select the Include in 1099 Processing (ignore minimum) check box for that vendor (in AP Vendors form, Add’l Info tab) to ensure a 1099 is printed for that vendor.
Note: As of December 2021, you must use Aatrix to print and eFile 1099s.
