Close T5018 Reporting Periods

By closing the current T5018 reporting period, you can prevent any unwanted changes to the date on the AP T5018 Payments form.

Generate and submit your T5018 reports using Aatrix. If needed, see Generate T5018 Reports Using Aatrix.

To close a T5018 reporting period:
  1. Open the AP T5018 Payments form.
  2. Enter the correct reporting period in the Reporting Period End Date field. Press F4 to see a list of reporting periods.
  3. Select Tasks > Close Reporting Period from the toolbar.
The system closes the reporting period by disabling all fields on the form and displaying Period Closed in red at the top of the form.

If you need to reopen a reporting period, follow the steps above and select Tasks > Open Reporting Period.
