The Bid Coverage tab on PC Potential Projects is used to maintain the vendor bids on a potential project. This tab will display all of the bid packages and scopes/phases on a potential project as well as information on each vendor bid.

You can use the Group Bar feature to group the vendor bids by specific columns and organize the information in the grid. For example, if you group the records by Bid Package and Scope, you can see what coverage you have for the listed scopes/phases of work. You can modify the groupings by adding more columns to the group bar or by selecting different columns to group by different values.
