You can access Automatic Invoicing from the Trimble Construction One home page or from Vista.

Access Automatic Invoicing

Upload Invoices

Prepare the batch of invoices by adding page breaks, removing
        pages, or rotating pages as needed.

Prepare Invoices

Once Automatic Invoicing has populated the header data for the PDFs in the batch, you
        can review the results, correct any errors, and then send the invoices to your ERP
        system.

Process Invoices

With the Inbox in Automatic Invoicing, you can have
		invoice-related attachments forwarded directly from your shared AP mailbox to Automatic
		Invoicing where you can quickly add them to a batch to be processed.

About the Inbox

You can view the status of all invoices sent to your ERP
        system from the Completed tab in Automatic Invoicing.

An Enterprise Admin can provide access to Automatic Invoicing by setting the Accounts Payable role for a user in
            Trimble Construction One.

			<span class="keyword">Trimble Construction One</span> Users)</h1><div class="body conbody"><p class="shortdesc">With <span class="keyword">Automatic Invoicing</span> you can automatically enter invoice headers into your ERP
			 without performing
		manual data entry, saving time and avoiding potential mistakes.</p><p class="p">Access <span class="keyword">Automatic Invoicing</span> from
				<span class="keyword">Trimble Construction One</span> by logging into <a class="xref j-external-link" href="http://team.viewpoint.com/" target="_blank">team.viewpoint.com</a>, and then selecting <span class="ph uicontrol">Accounts Payable</span> from the main
			menu.</p><p class="p">Use <span class="keyword">Automatic Invoicing</span> to
			enter validated, unapproved invoices. There are three steps in the process:</p><div class="p">

                        field is not auto-filled,  select the correct vendor from the list.
When the vendor is used in subsequent invoices, <span class="keyword">Automatic Invoicing</span>
                        will recognize the vendor and automatically populate that field.</div>

For details on enabling
						single sign-on for your <span class="keyword">Vista</span>

			<p class="p">When you first open a Microsoft Office document in Team, a user agreement
				message appears. Review the agreement and accept to proceed. If you decline the
				agreement, you cannot use the feature. However, if you decide later to use the
				feature, you can accept the agreement by going to the User Profile page and
				selecting the <span class="ph uicontrol">Enable Microsoft Office
					Online Document Editing</span> option. For instructions, see <a class="xref" href="/viewpoint-team/viewpoint-team/getting-started/viewpoint-team-getting-started/getting-started-user-accounts/edit-your-user-profile">Edit Your User Profile</a>.</p>

                                          web</span> is enabled for all
				enterprises by default. If you want to disable <span class="keyword">Microsoft Office for the

		<section class="section"><h2 class="title sectiontitle">About Co-Authoring and Versions</h2>
			
			<p class="p">When you edit a document in <span class="keyword">Microsoft Office for the
                                          web</span>, changes are saved automatically, and a new document
				version is created once you close the editing session. More than one user can access
				the same document at the same time and make edits. However, note that the document
				only saves back to Team as an updated version once the last user making
				modifications has closed the document.</p>

		<section class="section"><h2 class="title sectiontitle">About File Types</h2>
			
			<p class="p"> If you upload an older file type to <span class="keyword">Team</span> (for example, .doc, .ppt, .xls), <span class="keyword">Team</span> converts and saves the file as
				the newer file type. The original format is saved as a version of the document.</p>

		<section class="section"><h2 class="title sectiontitle">About Permissions</h2>
			
			<p class="p">Permissions for <span class="keyword">Microsoft Office for the
                                          web</span> are no different than existing permissions for
				Documents, as described in <a class="xref" href="/viewpoint-team/viewpoint-team/project-setup/contacts/project-roles">Project Roles</a>. For example, collaborators using <span class="keyword">Microsoft Office for the
                                          web</span> are still able to edit
				documents for those projects to which they're assigned.</p>

			<p class="p">Each editing session has a 60 minute limit. After 50 minutes, Team displays
				a warning, which indicates that the session is set to expire soon.</p>
