Use this form to review and approve quote and requisition lines.

1. Open the PO Requisition Reviewer form.
2. Select a reviewer in the Reviewer field. You can only select a reviewer that is associated with your user account. More
3. All of the requisition lines assigned to you will display on the RQ Lines tab. All of the quote lines assigned to you will display on the Quote Lines tab.
4. Use the Requisition Lines tab to review the requisition lines.
   1. Use the Filter Bar to filter the items that display in the grid. To add a Filter Bar, right click in the grid and select the Filter Bar option from the menu that displays.
   2. You can also open the requisition by selecting a line in the list and then clicking the View Requisition button at the top of the form.
   3. Review each line and select an option in the Review Status field.
   4. You can enter notes in the Reviewer Reason or Notes fields.
   5. Click Save when complete.
   6. Optional: If you are approving a requisition line, review the value in the Line Status field. Only requisition lines with a status of Approved for Purchase can be used to create POs using the PO Initialize form. A requisition line will be assigned this status if there is a vendor associated with the requisition (PO Requisition EntryInfo tab in the lower portion of the formVendor field), and the requisition line is approved.
5. Use the Quote Lines tab to review quote lines.
   1. Use the Filter Bar to filter the items that display in the grid. To add a Filter Bar, right click in the grid and select the Filter Bar option from the menu that displays.
   2. You can also open the quote by selecting a line in the list and then clicking the View Quote button at the top of the form.
   3. Review each line and select an option in the Review Status field.
   4. You can enter notes in the Reviewer Reason or Notes fields.
   5. Click Save when complete.
6. You can also use the Approve All and Clear All Review buttons.
