About the PR Deductions/Liabilities Form
Use this form to create deduction and liability codes.
Deduction codes define amounts deducted from an employee's pay, such as federal or state/provincial taxes and pre-tax deductions. Liability codes define employer expenses, such as craft benefits.
Since liabilities are employer costs, the system updates Job Cost with liability information.
