Compliance Maintenance
An overview of compliance maintenance.
As you receive compliance paperwork, you can enter the status in the SL Compliance and PO Compliance forms. Compliance is tracked either by the Verify check box or the Exp Date field in both forms, depending on the type of compliance code (as set up in the HQ Compliance Codes form).
You may also establish compliance by vendor in the AP Vendor Compliance form. For example, if a subcontractor has a blanket workers' compensation policy, then you may enter the renewal date in the AP Vendor Compliance form. After entry, you will be prompted to update the code to all subcontracts and purchase orders for that vendor.
