Field Definitions: AP Independent Contractor Rpt Form

The following is a list of field descriptions for the AP Independent Contractor Rpt form. Many of the descriptions include links to other topics that provide additional information about or related to the topic.

Date of the Report

Enter the reporting date. Defaults the current date.

The date specified here will be updated to the 'ICRptDate' column in the APFT (1099 Totals) table and will display as the 'Last Reported Activity' in AP Vendors. Use the date to identify whether a vendor has been reported in the calendar year when determining vendors to include in the Independent Contractors report.

Reprint Report?

Check this box to reprint the Independent Contractors Report. Only contractors for which the report has already been printed will be included on the report based on the specified reprint date (Reprint From This Date).

Do not check this box if you are not reprinting the report. Only contractors for which the report has not already been printed will be included on the report.

Reprint From this Date

Enter the date to reprint the report from. Every vendor with a 'Last Reported Activity' date (ICRptDate) equal to or greater than this date will be included in the report. This date will be updated to the 'ICRptDate' (in APFT) for all vendors included in this reprint.
