About the VRL Cloud Admin Portal
Vista Remote Link (VRL) Cloud administrators must access and use a control panel (portal) to create and manage cloud records for Vista users.
To log in to the portal, navigate to https://viewpoint.partner.manage.cloudworkspace.com/signin and use the credentials provided to you by Viewpoint or by another portal administrator in your company.
- Create user records - you must create a user record in the portal for each Vista user before you can create a user record in Vista. You can import data to create portal records for multiple users at once. See Create Portal Records for Vista Users.
- Support existing cloud users - manage passwords, edit user contact details, and delete users. See Manage Portal Records for Vista Users.
- Create and edit security groups - these allow you to control access to specific directories and files and to provision SQL access. See Create, Edit, and Delete Portal Security Groups.
