Define Email Settings for Invoice Delivery

You can set up email parameters for a company so that you can deliver invoices to customers via email.

If you will be using the invoice delivery feature for Job Billing invoices, use the Email Settings tab in JB Company Parameters to set up the email parameters for delivering invoices to recipients via email.
  1. From the Vista main menu, select Job Billing > Programs > JB Company Parameters.
  2. In JB Company Parameters, click on the Email Settings tab.
  3. In the From Address field, enter the "reply" email address for invoices delivered via email.
  4. In the Subject field, enter the text to display in the Subject line when delivering invoices via email.
  5. In the Body text box, enter the text to display in the body of the email.
