About the SL Add Item Form
Use this form to add a new change order item to a subcontract.
This form opens when you enter a subcontract item number that does not already exist on the subcontract using the Item # field on the SL Change Order Entry form.
To enter a change order item, complete the fields on the form and then click Add. This will close the form and the new item information will display in the lower portion of the SL Change Order Entry form.
