About the HR Applicant Interview Form
The HR Applicant Interview form is used to enter and track interview information about the applicant.
This form may be accessed from the main menu or from the Application Interview tab in HR Resources (by double-clicking the desired record or clicking anywhere in the line and selecting the Open Related Record in Form option from the Records menu).
In addition to the specifying which position the applicant is applying for and who the interviewer is, space is provided to record previous employment information (employer, position, reason for leaving, etc.) and job application status information (application date, date offered, date accepted, date rejected). Space is also provided to enter the interviewer’s comments, plus any other miscellaneous notes about the applicant obtained during the interview.
