Field Definitions: HR Resource Contact Form
The following is a list of field descriptions for the HR Resource Contact form. Many of the descriptions include links to other topics that provide additional information about or related to the topic.

Enter the resource (defined in HR Resources) for whom you are setting up contact information.
Contact Seq #
Enter the sequence number (1-9999) for this contact or enter N, New, or + to have the system auto-assign the next available sequential number.
Enter the contact’s name, up to 30 characters.
Enter the relationship of this contact to the resource (e.g. spouse, friend, sister, etc.), up to 30 characters.
Enter the home phone number of this contact (including dashes), up to 20 characters.
Enter the work phone number of this contact (including dashes), up to 20 characters.
Enter the cell phone number of this contact (including dashes), if applicable. Up to 20 characters allowed.
Enter the address of this contact, up to 60 characters.
Enter the city of residence for this contact, up to 30 characters.
Enter a valid state (as defined in HQ States). The system validates the state based on the Default Country specified in HQ Company Setup for the active company. If not valid, an error displays, but entry is allowed. You must then enter a valid country for this state in the Country field.
Enter the contact’s zip code, up to 12 digits.
Enter the 2-character country code. Entry in this field is required when the address exists outside the Default Country specified in HQ Company Parameters for the active company. Country must be valid for the specified state (e.g. state, province, territory, etc.) as defined in HQ States.
