Access Automatic Invoicing

Upload Invoices

Prepare the batch of invoices by adding page breaks, removing
        pages, or rotating pages as needed.

Prepare Invoices

Once Automatic Invoicing has populated the header data for the PDFs in the batch, you
        can review the results, correct any errors, and then send the invoices to your ERP
        system.

Process Invoices

With the Inbox in Automatic Invoicing, you can have invoice-related attachments forwarded directly from your shared AP mailbox to Automatic Invoicing where you can quickly add them to a batch to be processed.

You can view the status of all invoices sent to your ERP
        system from the Completed tab in Automatic Invoicing.

				feature, you can accept the agreement by going to the User Profile page and
				selecting the <span class="ph uicontrol">Enable Microsoft Office
					Online Document Editing</span> option. For instructions, see <a class="xref" href="/viewpoint-team/viewpoint-team/getting-started/viewpoint-team-getting-started/getting-started-user-accounts/edit-your-user-profile">Edit Your User Profile</a>.</p>

			<p class="p">When you edit a document in <span class="keyword">Microsoft Office for the
                                          web</span>, changes are saved automatically, and a new document
				version is created once you close the editing session. More than one user can access
				the same document at the same time and make edits. However, note that the document
				only saves back to Team as an updated version once the last user making
				modifications has closed the document.</p>

		<section class="section"><h2 class="title sectiontitle">About File Types</h2>
			
			<p class="p"> If you upload an older file type to <span class="keyword">Team</span> (for example, .doc, .ppt, .xls), <span class="keyword">Team</span> converts and saves the file as
				the newer file type. The original format is saved as a version of the document.</p>

		<section class="section"><h2 class="title sectiontitle">About Permissions</h2>
			
			<p class="p">Permissions for <span class="keyword">Microsoft Office for the
                                          web</span> are no different than existing permissions for
				Documents, as described in <a class="xref" href="/viewpoint-team/viewpoint-team/project-setup/contacts/project-roles">Project Roles</a>. For example, collaborators using <span class="keyword">Microsoft Office for the
                                          web</span> are still able to edit
				documents for those projects to which they're assigned.</p>

			<p class="p">Each editing session has a 60 minute limit. After 50 minutes, Team displays

HR admins can use this section to view companies in an
                enterprise and to set companies as active or inactive. If you set a company as
                inactive, that company will not be available to any employees or HR users in

            <p class="p">Currently, <span class="keyword">Spectrum</span> rejects approvals that are sent when an employee
                record is in use within <span class="keyword">Spectrum</span>
                or during payroll processing because that process locks system records in the ERP.
                On the <span class="ph uicontrol">Approvals</span> page in
                    <span class="keyword">Employee
                                          Self-Service</span>, these
                rejected items are assigned the status <span class="ph uicontrol">Failed to send</span>. To resend or dismiss rejected approvals, select the
                    <span class="ph uicontrol">Failed to send</span>
                indicator on the applicable <span class="ph uicontrol">Approvals</span> page, and then select the appropriate button: </p>

                                <span class="ph uicontrol">Dismiss
                                All</span>: Allows you to dismiss the approval altogether.
                            Dismissing an approval removes the item from the <span class="ph uicontrol">Approvals</span> page. The
                            employee's record reverts to the information on file prior to the
                            requested change. </p>

            <p class="p">This release improves your experience when accessing Help for fields on a form.</p>
            <p class="p"> Field-level information for each form is now presented in a single Help article. When you press F1 from a field, you are taken to the appropriate Help location, but it now displays with all other fields on that form in a single article. This allows you to scroll through the Help for other fields on the form without having to press F1 again from the same Vista form.</p>
            <p class="p">This new format also eliminates lengthy lists of field definitions in the Help Table of Contents. You will now only see a "field descriptions" article for each form.</p>
