About the PR Templates Form
Use this form to set up craft templates.
Templates allow you to have job-specific rates that override the standard craft and class rates for earnings, deductions, and liabilities. Templates are assigned to jobs in the JC Jobs and allow multiple jobs can share the same rate tables. Templates are only needed if overrides to the standard craft and class rates are sometimes required.
If a template is set up with override rates and is assigned to a job, the correct rates for the job are automatically used when a timecard is entered and the job is designated.
