1095 Email Consent

(United States only) The 1095 Email Consent check box on the PR Employees form, Add'l Info tab.

Select this check box if this employee has consented to receive 1095s electronically (via email). This requires that you enter an email address for the employee in the Email field (Info tab).

Leave this check box unselected if the employee has not consented to receive 1095s electronically. Instead, the employee will receive printed 1095s.

When generating 1095 data in PR ACA Process, the setting defined here defaults for the employee record (in PR ACA 1095-C Employee) and may be overridden as needed for the specified Tax Year.
