W-2 Email Consent

(United States only) The W-2 Email Consent check box on the PR Employees form, Add'l Info tab.

Select this check box if this employee has consented to receive W-2s electronically (via email). This requires that you enter an email address for the employee in the Email field (Info tab).

Leave this check box unselected if the employee has not consented to receive W-2s electronically. Instead, the employee will receive printed W-2s.

When generating W-2 data in PR W-2 Process, the setting defined here defaults for the employee record (in PR W-2 Employee Edit) and may be overridden as needed for the specified Tax Year.
