Set an Employee to Receive W-2s and 1095s via Email
You can designate whether an employee has consented to receive W-2s and/or 1095s via email.
- From the Main Menu, select .
- In the Employee field, enter the employee to work with or press F4 to select from a list of valid employees.
- Click on the Info tab.
- In the Email field, enter a valid email address for the employee.
- Click on the Add'l Info tab.
- If the employee consented to receive their W-2s via email, select the W-2 Email Consent check box.
- If the employee consented to receive their 1095s via email, select the 1095 Email Consent check box.
- Click Save.
