Employees wishing to claim additional exemptions in the following states need the state income tax deduction code and number of additional exemptions added to the grid: CA, GA, IL, IN, LA, MA, MI, PR, VA.

PR Deductions/Liabilities

This routine does not round to whole dollars automatically. If you want calculations rounded, check the Round Result to Nearest Whole Dollar option for the deduction.

  1. For the Colorado deduction code only, select the Override Misc Amount #1 check box.
  2. In the Misc Amount #1 field, enter the amount from Line 2 of Form DR 0004.
