Scope

Displays for technician timesheets only (i.e. Type is S-SM Work Order).

This field defaults the work order scope entered for the timesheet in PR My Timesheet. Accept the default or change the scope as necessary. Press F4 for a list of work order scopes.

  • If the scope specified on the timesheet is closed, you will be able to approve the timesheet; however, if you change the scope, you must enter an open scope. Selecting a closed scope will display an error and you will be unable the record.

  • If the work order is job-related and the scope is not assigned a phase, a warning displays and you be unable to save the record. You can press F5 from this field to access SM Work Orders and assign a phase to the scope. Once you assign a phase to the scope, you can save the record.
