Add/Delete Attachments on Sent Crew Timesheets

You can add and delete attachments for crew timesheets that you have already sent to a timecard batch.

You can add and delete attachments for crew timesheets that you have already sent to a timecard batch.

Adding or deleting attachments on a 'sent' timesheet affects only the timesheet; the system does not update the related timecard record.

  1. From the main menu, select Payroll > Programs > PR Crew Timesheet Entry.
  2. Select Records > Show Send Completed.

    The screen refreshes to show only sent timesheets.

  3. In the Crew field, enter the crew or press F4 to select from a list of crews.
  4. If you know the timesheet date, enter it in the Date field.

    If you do not know the timesheet date, press F4, select All to show both Open and Sent timesheet dates, and then select the desired 'sent' date.

    Tip: Click the Status column to sort the list of posting dates by status. This will group Sent dates together for easier selection.
  5. If you know the timesheet number, enter it in the Sheet # field.

    If you do not know the timesheet number, press F4, select All to show both Open and Sent timesheets, and then select the desired 'sent' sheet number.
