About Attaching Scanned Images to Multiple Timecards
The Scan feature allows you to attach scanned images to individual timecard entries in the grid.
However, you also have the option to add scanned images to multiple timecard entries. Just select the ‘Scan to Multiple Records’ option from the Scan button drop-down menu, scan the image, and close the Single Scan Viewer. The scanned document is attached to all timecards in the batch that do not already have an attachment.
When the timecard batch is posted, attachments are updated to the EMCD (Cost Detail) table.
