Haul Rate Hierarchy: Per Hour & Per Load

The following table identifies the levels and search order used by the system to find a default haul rate when the haul basis is 2 (Per Hour) or 3 (Per Load).

The “Xs” denote that a value has been supplied and a blank indicates that no value has been supplied.

The first row represents the minimum set of information required for that type of haul code. Each successive row provides more specific information, and overrides all preceding levels. For example, rates defined by location for a unit-based haul code will override rates defined for the location group; rates defined by material will override rates defined for the category, and so forth.
