About Refreshing/Clearing Items

In the PM CO Items Initialize form, once you have entered the filter criteria and set the default options, click Refresh Items to populate the grid with all items meeting the criteria.

Refresh can only be used to populate the grid once. You cannot use it to populate the grid with additional entries based on different criteria. 

If you are not satisfied with the initialized items or want to add additional items, click Clear Items to clear the existing items from the grid. You can then enter new filter options and populate the grid again. Keep in mind that fewer restrictions allow larger ranges of contract items into the grid. Remove unwanted items from the grid by highlighting the row and clicking the Delete button in the toolbar.
