Default Retainage %
Enter the default retainage percent. When contract items are created, by default this will be used as the retainage amount.
If this contract was set up automatically when the project was set up, this field defaults the retainage percent selected in PM Projects.
Changing the default retainage %
If you change the default retainage percent and click Save (), a message displays. Click Yes to save the change and apply the new retainage percentage to all contract items that previously had the default retainage percent.
