The Service Management Agreements feature allows you to manage and bill service contracts or agreements, from setting up agreements/services, billing and amortization schedules, to generating and billing work orders.
Service Agreements may cover a single service site, or multiple sites. Once you set up an agreement, you can generate preventative maintenance work orders, post work completed, create purchase orders, and auto-generate billings.
Other features include pricing flexibility for agreement services (period billing, time of service billing, and flat price billing), the ability to set up agreement budgets, amortization for revenue recognition, and labor allocations, as well as equipment tasking for auto-generation of agreement services.
