Field Definitions: SM Agreement Task Schedule Form
The following is a list of field descriptions for the SM Agreement Task Schedule form. Many of the descriptions include links to other topics that provide additional information about or related to the topic.
Using the drop-down, select the year for which to set up a task schedule. The years displayed depend on the term of the agreement. You can set up task schedules for one or all of the listed years.
Jan - Dec
In each of the applicable month columns, enter the task group or press F4 to select from a list of valid task groups. The following explains how the system determines the months available for entry.
When generating service dates for an agreement from a task schedule, the system uses the first of each selected month, since no dates are selected during task scheduling. Therefore, when setting up the task schedule, the months available for scheduling depend on the agreement term.
For example, if your agreement term is 6/1/14 - 5/31/15, the months of June through December will be available for year 2014 and months January through May will be available for year 2015. However, if your agreement term is 6/15/14 - 6/14/15, the month of June 2014 would be disabled; only July 2014 through June 2015 would be enabled. This is because the system would generate a service date of 6/1/15 for June, which falls before the Effective Date of 6/15/15.

This field allows you to select a task group and apply it to selected cells, instead of entering the group into each cell separately. Press F4 to select from a list SM Task Groups to apply to highlighted cells.
