If you have converted a job site to a customer site (in SM Service Sites), you can revert the customer site back to a job site, as long as you have not posted any work orders to the customer site.

1. In SM Service Sites, select the customer service site to revert.
2. From the toolbar, click Tasks > Revert to Job Site.
   The system converts the customer site back to a job site using the information that was previously defined for the job site.

   Note: If the Tasks drop-down menu displays a Conversion Unavailable option, one of the following conditions exist (and conversion will not be allowed):

   • You selected a customer site that did not originate as a job site

   • You selected a customer site that originated as a job site, but one or more customer work orders exist for the site.
