Reassign an Assignment to Another Technician

You can reassign an SM assignment to a different technician using the SM Assignments form.

  1. From the main menu, select Service Management > Programs > SM Assignments.
    The SM Assignments form displays.
  2. In the Assignment field on the Info tab, enter an assignment number, or press F4 to select from a list of valid assignments.
  3. In the Lead Tech field, enter a technician number, or press F4 to select from a list of valid technicians.
  4. Click Save Record.
