SM Cost Types Form

Use the SM Cost Types form to set up the cost types that your company will use for Service Management processing.

Cost types identify the categories of work (i.e. equipment, labor, miscellaneous, and materials) to which costs are posted for a work order. Once you set up cost types, you can assign them to work completed lines in SM Work Orders.
