SM Standard Item Overrides Form
Use the SM Standard Item Overrides form to override the billing rates for standard items.
Access this form by clicking Standard Item Overrides in the SM Rate Templates, SM Rate Template Effect Dates, and the SM Rate Override Base forms.
Note: Standard billing rates are defined for standard items in SM Standard Items. you will only need to use this form for billable rate that differ by rate template, effective date, customer, service site, or work order quote.
