Remove the Skip Status on Agreement Services

You can remove the "skipped" status from any scheduled agreement service that you previously marked to skip to allow generating work orders for that agreement service.

  1. Open SM Generate PM Work Orders.
  2. In the Search Criteria section, enter the applicable filter criteria.
  3. Select the View Skipped Work Orders check box.
  4. Click Search.
    The Skipped Work Orders grid is populated with all applicable scheduled services that are flagged as "skipped".
  5. Clear the Skip box for each applicable service in the grid or click ClearAll to clear the Skip check box for all services in the grid.
  6. Click Process.
The system removes the "skipped" status for all selected items and displays a message indicating how many items were "un-skipped". Once you close the message, the system removes the selected items from the Skipped Work Orders grid.
Note: To also generate a work order for the service, check the Create box and click Process.

As a result, the system removes the Skipped status for all selected items, creates a work order for items with the Create box checked, and displays a message indicating how many work orders were created and how many were "un-skipped". Once you close the message, the system removes the selected items from the grid.
