JC Contract Phase Cost Types

You can use the JC Contract Phase Cost Types report for information on the job and contract setup by selecting Job Cost > Reports > JC Contract Phase Cost Types.

This report contains information on the job and contract setup. It may be used to review the setup of units of measure, units and bill/item/phase flags on each phase and cost type in relation to the contract item. Only job phases with cost types set up in JCCH will be included on this report. It may be run for a range of contracts, jobs, and phases including a range of phases across multiple jobs or contracts.

Report Parameters

Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Beginning Contract

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning contract.

Ending Contract

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending contract.

Beginning Job

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning job.

Ending Job

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending job.

Beginning Phase

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning phase.

Ending Phase

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending phase.
