JC Cost Type Phases Report

You can use the JC Cost Type Phases Report report for cost type(s) and print the phases that contain only the designated cost type(s) by selecting Job Cost > Reports > JC Cost Type Phases Report.

This report allows you to input cost type(s) and print the phases that contain only the designated cost type(s). Example. this report would be used to list a jobs phases that use the labor cost type. Tables used are JCCH, JCCT, JCJP, and JCJM. Parameters are Company and selected cost types.

Report Parameters

Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

1st Cost Type

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the 1st cost type.

2nd Cost Type

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the 2nd cost type.

3rd Cost Type

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the 3rd cost type.

4th Cost Type

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the 4th cost type.

5th Cost Type

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the 5th cost type.

6th Cost Type

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the 6th cost type.

7th Cost Type

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the 7th cost type.

8th Cost Type

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the 8th cost type.

9th Cost Type

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the 9th cost type.

10th Cost Type

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the 10th cost type.
