JC Detail

You can use the JC Detail report for a list of details for Jobs, Phases, and Cost Types from the JCCD table by selecting Job Cost > Reports > JC Detail.

This report lists details for Jobs, Phases, and Cost Types from the JCCD table. Different information is printed depending upon the Transaction Type and Source. The report includes only interfaced and posted details.

Report Parameters

Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Beginning Job

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning job.

Ending Job

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending job.

Beginning Phase

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning phase.

Ending Phase

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending phase.

Beginning Cost Type

Enter or select the applicable beginning cost type.

Ending Cost Type

Enter or select the applicable ending cost type.

Beginning Month

Enter beginning month (MM/YY).

Ending Month

Select the date-range arrows to select the Ending Month

Use (P)osted Date or (A)ctual

Enter P or A.

Beginning Date

Enter beginning date or leave blank for all.

Ending Date

Enter ending date or leave blank for all.

Use (P)osted Units or (A)ctual

Enter P or A.

Include JC Trans Types (ie: PR, EM, CA, MO, IN, MI, etc.)

Enter module abbreviation separated by commas – e.g. PR,EM,JC

Include Details for Units with no Cost?

Check box to include details for units with no cost.

Department (Blank for All)

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the department or leave blank for all.

Show Long Detail Description?

Check box to show long detail description.
