JC Progress vs Billed Report

You can use the JC Progress vs Billed Report report for a a variance between what has been billed and what has been entered as progress on a job by selecting Job Cost > Reports > JC Progress vs Billed Report.

This report provides a variance between what has been billed and what has been entered as progress on a job. Primarily intended for units-based jobs, progress is based on units posted to the phase/cost type(s) with the Bill Flag set to Y (assumed to be the phase/cost type that represents the progress of the associated contract item). Dollars earned is calculated as these progress units x the contract item price. The units and earned dollars are then compared to billed units and dollars. Lump sum and unlike units of measure are calculated on a percent complete basis. Lump sum will use projected costs if available for this calculation. This report is date-based rather than accounting period-based, and the calculation of earned dollars may not be the same as on other JC reports intended for accounting purposes.
