Year-End Checklist (U.S.)
Use the following information to perform year-end processes for employees and vendors in the United States.
Important: ProContractor version 4.3.1 is required in order to perform 2023 year-end processing in the United States.
For upgrade and install instructions, navigate to the applicable folder on the Viewpoint Customer Portal and review the Upgrade Guide for your version of this release.
Paper and Electronic Filing Options
ProContractor offers you the flexibility to print paper copies of year-end forms directly from the system or generate and file forms electronically using one of the following services:
- Aatrix Report Filing

Generate and print paper forms for no additional fee. To enroll in the Aatrix e-filing service, see https://partner.aatrix.com/procontractor.Note: If you went live in 2022 and entered beginning balances in 2022, do not use Aatrix for generating Forms W-2. Aatrix doesn't include initial employee check amounts which were entered as part of beginning balances.

Greenshades support for Form 1095-C is included in ProContractor starting in version 3.16.2.
Viewpoint Forms
