Maintaining the confidentiality of their employment records and payroll is important to the owners and top-level managers of any business. Spectrum's Confidential Payroll provides a straightforward method of assuring that this need for confidentiality is met.

Spectrum's Confidential Payroll provides all of the features of the regular Payroll module. Additionally, complete security for selected employee payroll and personnel records is ensured. Paychecks are printed separately. Reports are separate from general payroll reports. No double entry work on the General Ledger or tax reporting is needed.

The Confidential Payroll company must have the General Ledger module installed. The General Ledger for the "confidential" company should be identical to the "main" company.
