The system automatically applies these rates when equipment usage hours are entered against a T+M job.

If you Time + Material - Set Up T+M Equipment Billing Rates, assign these special rate codes to equipment in the Equipment Control module.

1. Select Equipment Control > Equipment > Equipment.
2. Select an Equipment code.
3. Click Edit.

   For field descriptions, see Equipment Main Properties.

4. In the Current defaults area, select the Billing code to assign to this piece of equipment.
5. Click OK.
6. Click Save.
