Prior to importing Task Work Order Maintenance information, the following file maintenance areas must be completed:
Assumptions and Dependencies
The Task Work Order Maintenance Web service will create the Task Maintenance in the Work Order module. This is an add only Web Service.
The Work Task cannot already exist.
The Price_Method is required if the Flat_Rate is marked as Y(es).
Any field that is left blank will not be updated in Spectrum. The service does not delete values that exist in Spectrum; it only changes data defined in the layout.
