Hilti ON!Track Integration with Spectrum

The Hilti ON!Track integration with Spectrum streamlines and automates the equipment management process, allowing for precise tool tracking and charging tool use and costs to a job.

Integration Requirements

You must meet the following requirements in order to use this integration with Hilti ON!Track:
  • Trimble Construction One subscription to Spectrum
  • Spectrum version 2023 R1 or higher
  • Enterprise ID for your company on the Trimble Platform
  • Access to Hilti ON!Track Pro Plus
You must also set up the following in Spectrum:
  • Equipment Control and Equipment Tracking modules
  • Unique Equipment Type that identifies Hilti ON!Track assets

Integration Overview

The Hilti ON!Track integration with Spectrum helps you better manage your smaller assets and tools, providing precise equipment tracking that leads to more accurate job billing.

This integration unites the tool tracking capabilities of Hilti ON!Track with the equipment management and job billing features of Spectrum. Tool / equipment data properly set up in Spectrum flows into Hilti ON!Track, where all tool movements are tracked and recorded. This data then flows back into Spectrum in the form of Hilti Equipment Requisitions. You can review these requisition entries and create transactions that will charge equipment usage to the job.

Set Up Spectrum

In addition to having the Spectrum Equipment Control and Equipment Tracking modules configured, you also need to create equipment records with a Hilti-specific equipment type.
