The Field Tech module offers remote technician service entry via Dashboard Apps. No concurrent Spectrum license is used when you are viewing these apps.

• The My Open Work Orders app will list the operator's assigned work orders (with a dispatch status indicating the work order is ready to perform) in scheduled date order.
• The My Other Work Orders app will list the rest of the work orders assigned to the operator (that is, dispatch status types of Finished, Hold, and Proposed).
• The Truck Inventory app will display items set up in the warehouse assigned to the current technician, plus the available quantity on-hand of each item.
• The Truck Restocking Alerts app will display items set up in the warehouse assigned to the current technician that are at or below the reorder point.

Access to data through Field Tech is limited to the technician's assigned work orders.
