Migrate to Service Tech Mobile

If you haven't already, make sure to move your techs from the web app to the mobile app.

Trimble Viewpoint is constantly working to improve your experience by upgrading your software, as we have been doing with the Service Tech Mobile app.

The mobile app offers a better and smoother experience for the tech:
  • It's designed for the phone, eliminating the need to carry a tablet.
  • It works better, even when disconnected from the internet.
  • It is designed to reduce the workload on the tech.

We understand that any change can be challenging, but we believe the benefits of using the mobile app are worth the effort.

To get started:

  1. Submit a case through the Viewpoint Customer Portal and indicate that you want to begin using Service Tech Mobile.
    Customer support will provide you with an ID and ensure the back-end connection for Service Tech Mobile is completed.
