Vista Reports
With Vista Reports, you can easily access your Vista Crystal Reports on the web from Trimble Construction One Analytics without opening Vista.
From Vista Reports, you can open a report from your Vista database, modify any parameters as needed, and export the report as a .PDF file. Any custom reports and default parameters that you have set up in Crystal Reports are available in Vista Reports.
About Data Security and Data Refresh
Vista Reports in Trimble Construction One Analytics retain any security settings configured for a user in Vista.
The data in Vista Reports is refreshed in real time.
Requirements
If you don't see Vista Reports listed under Analytics Features on the User Management page in the Admin Center, you can request Vista Reports for your enterprise by logging in to the Viewpoint Customer Portal and contacting Support.
- You can take advantage of Vista Reports if your company's subscription for Vista is part of our Trimble Construction One contract, and you have a Trimble Construction One Analytics license.
- Users who will access Vista Reports in Trimble Construction One Analytics must be using single sign-on in Vista. For details on enabling SSO for your Vista users, see Enable Single Sign-on in the Vista Help.
Setup
Once Trimble Viewpoint has enabled Vista Reports your enterprise, the Enterprise Admin can edit the users in your enterprise to provide access to the Vista Reports feature. For details on editing user settings, see Edit a User.
