Manage Job Assignments

The Job Assignments module allows you to assign users to Jobs to limit their access in the portal.

  1. Select Field Tools > Job Assignments.
  2. In the Job field select the job you want to make assignments for. To search a dropdown menu, enter at least three numbers or letters.
  3. Select your job.
  4. In the Add an employee to this job section, select an employee from the Employee dropdown menu and then select the Add button.
  5. To remove an added employee, select the Remove button.
    Some users may have to log out and log back in again to see new restrictions.
