Mail Log Fields

Find descriptions for the fields shown in the mail log.

Field Description
Date Added Allows you to filter the messages shown in your grid based on a date range. These fields default to the previous week to save initial loading time.
Process Source Allows you to filter by the module/feature and type of email that was sent for the selected date range.
Status This filter allows you to easily find messages that were sent successfully (), that are pending (), or that failed to send ().
Last Run Indicates you if the last planned Email/SMS message run was sent.
Last Scheduled Run Indicates when the most recent group of emails was sent. The majority of messages are sent in 15-minute intervals.
Next Scheduled Run Indicates when the next group of pending emails will be sent.
Action > Send Test Email Allows you to send an email to a specified email address. This option is typically used for troubleshooting purposes. If you select this option, a pop-up window opens where you can enter the recipient's email address.
Action > Run Now Sends all emails that are currently pending.
Email Details Select a message from the grid to view recipient information and contents. Emails that were not sent include a Log Note to provide additional details.
Note: Emails that contain sensitive information will not show all details but instead state: The body of this message has been obfuscated as it contained sensitive data.
Scheduled Date The date that a scheduled email (for example, Group Messages) will be sent.
Forward arrow Allows you to forward an email to a specified address. If you select this option, a pop-up window opens where you can enter the recipient's email address.
