Update Your Company URL

Add your portal's website address to Portal Settings to ensure that emails are sent from the portal using the correct link.

  1. Select Admin > Portal Settings > Administration / Initial Setup.
  2. Select General Configuration.
  3. In the setting Portal URL (include trailing '/'), enter your portal's website address:
    • The website address must include a '/' at the end (for example, https://myemployeeportal.com/).
    • If you are a Viewpoint for Cloud customer, the Cloud team will have created this website for you. Verify that your website address has been added to this setting.
